Cruise Timing

The Grad Night Boat Cruise will depart from the dock at approximately 7:00 PM and will return to dock at approximately 10:30 PM on May 27, 2026

Bus Transportation

Group transportation will be provided via bus to/from Northgate High School, departing approximately 6:00 PM from Northgate and returning approximately 11:30 pm.

Parking & Drop-Off

We strongly recommend parents/guardians provide transportation to/from Northgate High School.  No security will be provided in the Northgate parking lot after hours, so parking is at your own risk.  We are not responsible for any theft or damage that occurs to vehicles left in the parking lot during the event.  Estimated time of return is 11:30 pm.

Arrival & Departure

Graduates must arrive at the Northgate parking lot between 4:30-5:15PM for security-check to allow for on-time departure by 6:00 PM. Buses will depart once security check is complete for everyone present, and will not be held for late arrivals.  Parents/guardians will be notified of “no shows” and no refunds will be provided.

No Alternate Transportation

Graduates may NOT drive themselves to/from the docking location.  Any graduates not present at time of bus departure from Northgate High School will not be allowed to board the yacht and no refunds will be provided.

Wristbands

Graduates will be given a wristband after security check-in.  This must be worn throughout the event.

Prohibited Items & Screening

No liquids, alcohol, tobacco, vaping or vaping products, unauthorized medications, illicit drugs, or chemical substances will be permitted.  Graduates will be inspected prior to boarding the buses with a pat down and Breathalyzer.  A parent or guardian will be contacted if any graduate is found to be in possession of contraband items.

12

Personal Items & Bag Policy

Graduates will not be allowed to bring any backpacks, bags, or purses.  Personal items such as a phone or sweatshirt may be brought at their own risk.  No storage is available on the yacht.  The Charter company and the PFC are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  All personal items must be retrieved prior to disembarking.  Items found by the crew will be held in the office for 14 days before being given to charity.

11

Intoxication at Arrival

Any graduate arriving visibly intoxicated, or suspected to be intoxicated, will not be allowed to board the bus or attend the event.  A parent or guardian will be called to pick up the graduate.  No refunds will be given.

Intoxication During Event

Any graduate found or suspected to be intoxicated during the cruise will remain in the custody of on-board security or returned to the dock for disembarkment at the discretion of the ship's Captain.  No refunds will be given for early dismissal or inability to participate in activities.

Parent Notification & Legal Responsibility

A parent or guardian will be contacted to pick up the graduate, who will only be released to their custody or emergency personnel (law enforcement or emergency medical care) as the situation deems necessary.  Please remember that those graduates who are age 18 may be prosecuted as adults for illegal activity, including, but not limited to underage drinking and illicit drug use.

No Outside Food or Beverages

All food and beverages are included in the cost of the ticket.  Please report any food allergies or dietary restrictions.  Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and nut-free options will be provided.

Reporting Medications

Any prescription or emergency medications must be reported in the registration form.  Students may carry any emergency allergy medication (Epipen, Benadryl, etc) on their person with prior approval.

Emergency Medications

All medications must be in their original, sealed packaging and with clear dosing instructions.

Prescription Medications

We recommend that students take any necessary prescription doses prior to arrival whenever possible. If a student needs to bring prescription medication (other than approved emergency medications), it must be in its original labeled container and will be held by a parent chaperone during the event. The student may request the medication at the appropriate time, consistent with the instructions on the prescription label and information provided in the registration form.

Motion Sensitivity (Seasickness)

Graduates who are prone to motion sickness are encouraged to take a non-drowsy seasickness medication (such as Dramamine or equivalent) prior to the event. Please note that seasickness medication will not be available on board.

Attire & Footwear

Graduates must wear school-appropriate attire and remain fully clothed throughout the event. Please dress with the cooler waterfront temperatures in mind, as portions of the evening will take place on an open-air deck. Rubber-soled shoes are recommended for safety and comfort.
