​Have you ever played a video game and wondered what it would be like to be the one to create that game? Well, you're in luck! There will be a series of coding workshops at the Pleasant Hill Library on Saturday, March 7th, 14th, and 28th from 10am to noon. These workshops will be on Scratch, Python, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and since they will be project-based, you may leave once you’re done (or stay if you want to challenge yourself further). The Walnut Creek chapter of National Charity League, a national non-profit organization comprised of mother and daughter members whose mission is to foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences, is having their annual membership drive through January 15th. We are accepting up to 5 current 9th graders and there is an application process. Please visit the website for more information on this wonderful organization.

Campus Clean-Up will be held on Saturday, October 12, from 9am to 12pm.

We will spruce up the campus by weeding, planting, picking up trash, pruning, watering and checking drip systems! This event is part of the city-wide Community Service Day. Please bring garden gloves if you can! Just come out the day of or sign up for a special project on SignUp Genius. New on the list: Cleaning up the prop room for drama.

We will provide breakfast, but in the spirit of sustainability no water bottles! Bring your reusable bottle and refill it at the water stations on campus. 

Students, we need your help! No need to sign-up in advance. Donate 1 or 3 hours of your time to make your campus a better place to be on. Check with your club or volunteer organization to get credit for volunteer hours – we will provide a certificate.

We are in need of wine donations for Oktoberfest! Even if you can’t make it to the event, please consider donating to help out Northgate PFC! We are looking for bottles valued $25 or more. Bottles can be dropped off on the porch (to the left of the door) at 518 Persimmon Rd in the Woodlands neighborhood.

What is Grad Night?  This is the 30th Annual safe, alcohol and drug-free all night celebration for our graduating seniors. Thanks to parent volunteers, Centre Concord is transformed into a beautifully decorated themed event including food, DJ/dancing, karaoke, hypnotist, casino, outdoor and arcade games, spa area (massage, airbrush and henna tattoos), photos, movies, prizes and more!  This event is planned and paid for by Northgate parents and community donors.

The Baccalaureate farewell ceremony will be on Saturday, June 1st. 
It is a non-religious event featuring musical performances and reflections from members of the senior class and a faculty 
​member selected by the students, and a large part of the Northgate graduation tradition. 

No tickets or RSVP are required.

Seniors: please arrive by 1:30 pm outside the gymnasium wearing your cap and gown. Tassels should be on the right.
Parents: Doors open at approximately 1:30 pm.

Seating is bleacher-style on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited handicapped seating is available. Please arrive early to take your seats before 2:00 pm! 
Please Note: There will be no entry/exit to seating in the gymnasium during the processional/recessional.

Photography is allowed.

Additionally, we need freshman, sophomore and junior parents to volunteer so senior parents can enjoy the festivities.
